As it continues to expand, UEU is becoming an urban campus, a source of pride for the local community.

Esa Unggul University (UEU) prides itself on three pillars of excellence:

Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, and Communication Skills.

These pillars, which are fundamental to the institution’s growth and development, align with modern educational trends and anticipate the challenges of the times. The Entrepreneurship Pillar promotes self-employment and job creation skills among graduates through various initiatives, including entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship courses, and business incubators. As is well known, entrepreneurship has become a paradigm in many countries for developing a nation’s economic independence and human resources. Even among the world’s universities, there has been a shift in course and orientation from research or research-based universities to entrepreneurial or entrepreneurship-based universities. The Information Technology Pillar is implemented by adopting e-learning models, e-library facilities, multimedia classroom equipment, and an integrated information system for managing student activities. The Communication Pillar emphasizes improving students’ English language skills, as measured by TOEFL/TOEIC scores, through establishing the Toastmasters English Club and participating in English-speaking contests. UEU aims to be a bridge for students to the industrial world, preparing them for success in the global arena.
