Our Vision at the Universitas Esa Unggul is to be a world-class university leading in quality of management and implementation of the three core goals of Indonesian University: higher education, research, and community service with quality, focus, and relevance to the needs of the community of today and the future. With our International Program, we are determined to implement global standards and produce globally prepared and responsible graduates.

We are firm advocates of pillars of excellence in entrepreneurship, information technology, and communication proficiency, especially in this fast-paced and competitive era. Thus, our great founders aspire to Universitas Esa Unggul to be a benchmark of a successful modern higher education institution.

The Entrepreneurship pillar aims to create employment preparedness, independence, and ingenuity to create jobs. Universitas Esa Unggul consistently provides practical and relevant business training and workshops. We encourage our students to participate in national competitions, apprenticeships, industrial tours, and access to business capital for aspiring entrepreneurs.

The Information Technology pillar enhances virtual learning and collaboration amongst Universitas Esa Unggul Faculty, staff, and Student Body. It supports various online facilities and access to educational resources for supporting student activities, teaching or academic practices, and student admission or enrollment.

The Communication pillar aspires to develop and increase students’ English ability through contextual, linguistic, and applied usage. The Universitas Esa Unggul Students are exposed to various activities such as preparation for TOEFL and TOEIC, engaging in Toastmasters English Club, and participating in public speaking contests.
